Following your viewing, once we have received all of your initial details via our application link we will request payment for your holding deposit of 1 weeks rent. Upon receipt of payment the property will be secured.

All of our referencing checks are carried out by a 3rd party referencing company, we will assist in overseeing this for you. When all the checks are cleared and you have been accepted as a suitable tenant, we will request the remainder of your 5 week tenancy deposit.

One of our Tenancy Co-ordinators will guide you through the referencing process, right up until your move in date.
